OtterMail is operated by JTaurus Partners. One address reaches us for everything: hello@myottermail.com.
Invitations
OtterMail is in an owner-only alpha. Public signup, trial activation, and checkout are unavailable; BYOD connection is unavailable. To request future alpha access, email us with a line about how you would use purpose inboxes or AI assistants. A request does not create an account or guarantee an invitation.
Report abuse or unwanted mail
If you received mail from a myottermail.com address that you did not want, email hello@myottermail.com with the subject line “Abuse” and include the full message headers. We suppress the reporting address and review the sending account.
Privacy and account requests
To access, export or delete your data, email hello@myottermail.com from the address on your account. See the Privacy Policy for details.
